5. PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices displayed on this Site are subject to change without notice.
Once a booking is confirmed with a signed contract, the agreed price will not change (except for additional services requested).
Payment plans may be available and are detailed in your client contract.
6. TRAVEL & EXPENSES
Travel within Scotland up to two hours from Perthshire is included.
For weddings further afield (UK or international), a flat-rate, all-inclusive travel fee will apply.
Travel arrangements and inclusions are detailed in your client contract.
7. DELIVERY OF SERVICES
Final galleries are delivered digitally via a secure online platform.
Delivery timescales are outlined in your contract (typically sneak peeks within 48 hours, full gallery within 6–8 weeks).
Albums, prints, or physical products may have additional production and delivery times.
8. LIABILITY
While we take every care to provide our services, we cannot be held liable for:
Force majeure events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, travel disruptions, illness, natural disasters).
Technical failures beyond our control (e.g. internet outages, third-party service failures).
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract agreed with the client.
